Are Your Taking Your Existing Telephone Number With You?
- When the telephone number has been moved to your new address, please call us on 0800 756 6553, or email support@yewtreedigital.com. Your Broadband service will be down while we place this order, since broadband would have been disconnected from the previous line. The disconnection of broadband at your old address on the existing number will need to be cancelled and clear before we can order the reconnection at your new address.
- When you place an order for your broadband house move, a 13 day cancellation period will automatically be applied to the previous connection.
- The broadband order itself with take 7-10 working days to complete once the order has been accepted with our supplier.
Are You Taking Over The Existing Telephone Number At Your New Permises?
If you are taking over the number of the premises you are moving to and you meet the following options:
- The line you are taking over is a standard BT analogue line.
- You formally requested to take over the existing telephone number at your new premises. The name change on the bill will need to be complete before we can proceed.
- The current bill holder has formally registered a cancellation of the line with BT.
- You must currently have a live ADSL connection with Yew Tree Digital.
If any of these conditions cannot be met then please send your cancellation request for your old service to support@yewtreedigital.com
This e-mail should include the following details:
- The subject should state House Move & the details should include your service login, & requested cease date.
- A 30 day notice period for cancellation will be applied to the account.
Yew Tree Digital require a minimum of 10 days to organise your broadband service.
